Want to feel good in your own body?
It's not just about loosing weight. It's about feeling aligned with yourself.
If you are overweight, loosing even just a few kilograms can reduce your risk of some potentially serious health problems. Weight also intrinsically links to self-esteem; you want to feel good about yourself.
The emotional eating cycle, binge eating or other eating disorders can reinforce mental health concerns. With obesity becoming one of the fastest growing health problems in the world, controlling your weight might bring you better health and confidence, and may completely change your life.
Need to change?
You're in the right place.
My coaching programmes focus on understanding and addressing the subconscious patterns that prevent you from reaching your ideal weight. Together, we explore triggers for unwanted behaviour, lifestyle choices and practical aspects of the problem. I use a combination of Cognitive Therapy, Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy to break the pattern and change unhelpful relationships with food on a subconscious level. We will look at practical adaptations to your lifestyle and give you tools and techniques to empower you to be in control.
Intensive coaching sessions via zoom or face time wherever you are in the world.

There is a great spectrum of reasons why. You may struggle to avoid certain foods or limit quantities, you may eat when you are bored or emotional, you may be able to diet but can’t maintain your ideal weight, or you can’t find the time or motivation to exercise. It may be a combination of all of these things. Temptation is everywhere around us, in shops, in the media, at the petrol station. And yet, words like ‘loose’ weight, ‘diet’ imply you are being deprived of something. An individual’s weight problem is sometimes a symptom of a deeper underlying emotional issue such as anxiety or trauma. An eating pattern has formed subconsciously, which is difficult to break out.
