You can.
An addiction is a disorder of the brain characterised by the compulsive consumption of a particular substance or engagement in a particular activity.
An addiction usually develops over time from chronic exposure to the addictive object. Addictions become a serious problem when the individual struggles to function without the object of the addiction. Many addictions -such as smoking- also have adverse health consequences.
What is an addiction ?
Sounds familiar?
Breakthrough sessions are ideal to destroy the habit. They last up to 3.5 hours and use a combination of coaching, hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to create change on a subconscious level. You are not born with an addiction, it is a learnt behaviour and it can be unlearnt. NLP and hypnotherapy work on the subconscious mind to change the thought patterns and restore your non-addicted state. You will also learn techniques to cope with any withdrawal symptoms after the session. This is a very effective way to stop smoking and get rid of many other addictions.
How I can help you
How committed are you?
The success of the programme is directly dependent on your level of motivation. The techniques are the most effective when you genuinely want to stop the habit. Whether it is a health concern, financial motivation or lifestyle benefit, the motivation must come from you. Seeking help as a result of family pressure or to please someone may not bring the result you want.
