Weekly live sessions with Award-Winning Mindset Coach Chantal Dempsey. The sessions are in small groups of women only (12 maximum), and you don't even have to put your video on until you are ready to. With each session, you receive a workbook and aide-memoire with all the tools and techniques you have learnt and you can apply.
I get it, you're already overwhelmed at the thought of joining a group session, even a small one. But don't worry, we take things slowly and progressively guide you as we learn new tools and techniques to cope. The best thing is that the others in the group feel exactly like you, and you can get to know each other and make friends at your own pace.
